Eleventy Men’s Collection Spring/Summer 2027 Delivers Graceful Informality

By Rena Gross

Italina luxury fashion brand Eleventy showed their Spring/Summer 2027 Men’s Collection this past Sunday as part of Milan Men’s Fashion Week. The casually elegant selection was arranged around two capsule ideas: “The Indigo Blue” and “Active Moments.” “The Indigo Blue” took its inspiration from classic men’s workwear, but with a tailored twist, as only Italian mills and workshops can do. “Active Moments” followed a parallel stylistic stream, drawing ideas from athletic wear.

“Through ‘The Indigo Blue’ and ‘Active Moments,’ I wanted to express two worlds that have always inspired my vision of style, well-being, and everyday life,” Creative Director Marco Baldassari explained. “My city of Milano has taught me that true style is never forced or excessive. It is natural, understated, and rooted in quality. I believe clothing should not only look beautiful, but accompany people through everyday life with comfort, confidence, and purpose.”

While the palette hewed to Eleventy’s signature neutrals, it surprised with a few pleasantly novel color variations. Baldassari incorporated accents of subtle black, army-green olive, terracotta, mustard yellow, and even cherry red. While the touchstones were informal, the fluid refinement that is an Eleventy design hallmark means that the garments can gracefully take the wearer through a broad range of settings.

In addition, the show honored Eleventy’s 20-year anniversary.“Celebrating 20 years of Eleventy gave me the opportunity to reflect on the values that have always guided me, both personally and creatively,” said Baldassari. In that spirit, each piece in “The Indigo Blue” will have a special linen “XX” label commemorating the milestone as Eleventy continues to evolve.
