2. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide our services: generating comparable artist analysis, delivering curator feedback, managing your subscription, and communicating about your account and submissions.

4. Your Artwork

Artwork you submit is stored securely and used only for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell, license, or distribute your artwork to third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Instagram Features

If you are eligible for Instagram story features, your artwork may be shared on the WATTS OS Instagram account. You can opt out of this at any time through your settings.

6. Data Storage

Your data is stored using Supabase (database) and Cloudflare R2 (images). These services maintain their own security and privacy standards.

7. Email Communications

We send transactional emails related to your account, submissions, and subscription. You may receive emails when you sign up, submit artwork, receive feedback, or when payment events occur.

8. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@channelwatts.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request.
