Richard Mosse
Photography
Richard Mosse produces large-scale photographs and films that render conflict zones and humanitarian crises in saturated, estranging color. His series "Infra" repurposed Kodak Aerochrome, a discontinued infrared surveillance film, to transform the landscapes and inhabitants of the eastern Congo into fields of acid pink and red. He represented Ireland at the 2013 Venice Biennale and has exhibited at Tate Modern.
