Drawing

Ebecho Muslimova’s drawings and paintings center on the artist’s uninhibited alter-ego Fatebe. These works explore her interest in capturing moments of lust and unbridled delight. In Muslimova’s canvases, Fatebe cavorts through surrealistic landscapes with a palpable glee. Muslimova has exhibited in New York, London, Zurich, Rome, Paris, Berlin, Los Angeles, and Cologne. Her work is in the collections of the Dallas Museum of Art, the Hammer Museum, the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, the Institute of Contemporary Art Miami, and the Whitney Museum of American Art, among others.
