Lino Sabattini was an Italian designer and metalworker whose sculptural vessels and functional objects in silver and stainless steel defined postwar Italian modernism. Working from the 1950s onward, he refined organic, biomorphic forms that bridged craft tradition and industrial production. His work emphasized surface texture and fluid geometry, establishing him as a key figure in the revival of Italian metalcraft after 1945.
