Bernhard Luginbühl is a Swiss sculptor working primarily in iron and steel. His abstract forms, often assembled from industrial materials and found objects, possess a gestural quality that oscillates between the monumental and the intimate. Active since the mid-twentieth century, Luginbühl's work engages with the formal possibilities of welded metal as both a constructive and expressive medium.
