Dana Atchley was an American digital storyteller and sound artist who pioneered narrative forms in interactive media during the 1980s and 1990s. Working with early computer technology and audio installation, he developed multimedia works that combined personal memoir, electronic sound design, and audience participation. His practice anticipated contemporary forms of immersive storytelling and established methods for archiving spoken narrative in digital space.
