Constantine Manos was a Greek photographer born in 1934 whose practice emerged from postwar humanist documentary traditions. Working primarily in black and white, he captured intimate scenes of everyday life across Greece and the Mediterranean, grounding his visual approach in close observation of light, gesture, and community. His work addressed the social fabric of villages and urban neighborhoods during periods of significant cultural transition.
