Kiyoshi Saito was a Japanese printmaker and painter known for woodblock prints and oil paintings that often depicted landscapes, still lifes, and scenes of rural or urban Japan. Active from the mid-twentieth century onward, his work engaged with both traditional Japanese printmaking techniques and modernist formal concerns.
