Bernard Perlin was an American painter and illustrator whose figurative work spanned portraiture, narrative scenes, and mural commissions across five decades. Active from the 1940s onward, he worked primarily in oil and watercolor, developing a representational style grounded in careful observation of the human form and social spaces.
