Pierre Jeanneret

Pierre Jeanneret was a Swiss architect and designer who worked across furniture, urban planning, and building design in the modernist idiom. He collaborated with his cousin Le Corbusier on significant architectural projects and developed an approach to functional design rooted in geometric abstraction and standardized production. His work ranged from architectural practice in France and India to the design of utilitarian objects that rejected ornament in favor of rational form.
