Maria Uhden was a German painter and printmaker whose brief career spanned the 1910s. Working primarily in woodcut and oil painting, she engaged with Expressionist aesthetics during a period of radical artistic experimentation in early twentieth-century Germany. She died in 1918 at age twenty-six.
