Vernon Hill was a British sculptor and medallist active throughout the twentieth century. Working primarily in bronze and stone, he created monumental public sculptures and decorative architectural commissions that defined civic spaces across Britain. His practice encompassed figurative works, memorial sculptures, and detailed medals and plaques that combined classical training with modernist sensibilities.
