Tal Streeter was an American sculptor of monumental kinetic works in steel and aluminum that respond directly to wind and environmental conditions. Working from the 1960s onward, he created large-scale outdoor installations that merged minimalist formal language with site-specific environmental engagement, positioning sculpture as a dynamic participant in landscape rather than a static object. His practice bridged sculptural abstraction and land-based intervention during the postwar period.
