Henry Dixon was a British artist and lithographer active in the nineteenth century, known for documentary urban subjects rendered with precise draftsmanship. Born in 1820, he worked primarily in lithography and produced architectural and topographical studies of London and other British cities. His work was grounded in meticulous observation of the built environment and street life during the industrial era. Dixon died in 1893.
